History
Dubai Properties began its journey in 2002 as Estithmaar Realty, with the vision of establishing a world-class real estate and asset management organization. The company’s first project, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), is acclaimed as the world’s largest single-phase residential project. In 2005, Dubai Properties became a part of Dubai Holding, a diversified global company with operations in 13 countries and 10 sectors, further solidifying its role in Dubai’s real estate industry.
Leadership
Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Properties, leads the company’s strategy of developing and shaping Dubai’s landscape through large-scale mixed-use developments and residential communities. He is also the Managing Director of Dubai Holding, overseeing the organization’s real estate portfolio, urban planning, infrastructure strategy, and development.
Khalid Al Malik’s extensive experience includes key positions within the Dubai government and private sector, contributing to his expertise in managing strategic relations with local and international investors and government affairs. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, USA, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Zayed University, UAE.
